The Quality Process

Atlas Van Lines formally entered into the quality process, addressing its customers' needs in July, 1986, with the inception of our mission statement and the introduction of the Operation Excellence program which was designed to solicit our customers' opinions and suggestions to improve our service.  As an award winning interstate agent of Atlas Van Lines, Ace Moving and Storage has received numerous awards that demonstrate our commitment to quality service.

The Milton M. Hill Quality Award is dedicated to the memory of Atlas Director Milt Hill whose commitment to quality and professionalism left a lasting influence on our organization. Criteria include the Hauling Excellence Award and outstanding performance ratings in customer satisfaction,     estimating, claims, safety, and warehouse operations. This award is the ultimate mark of distinction for Atlas Agents; those who earn it truly rank among  "the best of the best."

The failure and cost for non-conformance could result in declining profits, loss of future business opportunities, and elimination of present business relationships.

It is our belief that by attaining our goals, objectives and standards, Atlas will be the leading provider of service in its industry. By providing the quality demanded by the Atlas Word-Class Commitment, our customers will expect no less.
